Love exploring new flavors from all over the world so much I started this web site in 1985 (then known as Recipes Online). Check out our Facebook page and our Google+ page. For work? This site is our work. I also work with other web sites either for corporate dev and am available to work together with recipe and food sites, foodie bloggers as a strategic partner. What inspired me to cook was travel through Europe through the late 1990's and other travel around the globe.

Cuisines that I am fond of include French, Italian, Asian, East Indian, Mexican and Greek. On the other hand home-style dishes cooked with care and fresh ingredients are always a winner!
I'm comfortable tackling challenging dishes like puff pastry
And equally happy with delicious recipes of all kinds such as Beef Bourgignon for Two. Besides it's fun to say the word Bourgignon when in reality it is simple classic peasant food that just loaded with flavor like many down-home classics.
Sometimes I can get be found whipping up a quick and easy Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Excellent authentic recipe for Shrimp Wonton soup. We added a small clove of garlic into the filling and a grinding of black pepper then garnished the soup with finely sliced scallions (on the bias) and a sprinkling of hot chile flakes. Love the addition of water chestnuts which gave the shrimp wontons a satisfying crunch.
Food photography and applying all kinds of technology to solve problems and improve systems including this site are my main hobbies.

Outstanding and very quick to prepare. The honey added to the flaver packed dressing balances out the tartness from the lemons and wine reduction. The herbs add a cleanliness and freshness that matches perfectly with the poached salmon.
